Gadsden is a hidden gem. On the surface, it just seems like a small town that you read about in books or see in movies. However, it’s beauty and integrity lies within the details of this town, such as the hidden stone steps down to Noccalula Falls and the annual Christmas lights that bring together the entire town. If you move to my city, you will surely come to appreciate nature, if you do not already. We have three major lakes as well as the biggest river which runs right through the center. Every weekend, there is always something to do outside, whether it be hiking through the many trails, jet skiing in the water, or simply enjoying a campfire in one’s backyard. It’s a peaceful town with only one major road. If you enjoy the simplicity in life and want to escape the hustle and bustle of the urban city, Gadsden is the town to move to.

Gadsden has a low cost of living and a good education system. Fun activities include hiking at Noccalula Falls and going on the river. The historic downtown district includes a variety of unique shops and restaurants. Family and friends enjoy live concerts held in the outdoor amphitheater each summer. The first Friday of each month is celebrated with a festival downtown.
