It’s the best place to live and work and go to school. I’ve lived here for 20 years and it’s the best location in the metro. It’s really the middle of everything. It’s close to the central business districts – ortigas, makati, and BGC. Taxis or Grab cars are available 24/7. So many delivery options, lots of nice condos to choose from too. Near schools, hospitals, and malls too.

Mandaluyong City is one of the business centers in the Philippines. If you will visit here, you will see museums, malls, and parks. Since this is a business center, you will have everything that you need. Condominiums, malls, groceries, and even hospitals. This is a place where anyone would consider visiting or residing.

Our city is one of those that has a well-planned design. Around the city hall, the necessary establishments are built namely the city hospital, the main police department, and the markets. It is also at the center of Metro Manila near the main highway, which is convenient for employees to travel from home to their work and back.

Mandaluyong City sits in the center of the National Capital Region. It is one of the smallest cities in the region, but has one of the highest property prices in the market. Due to its strategic position, many companies have set up their headquarters in the city. Corporate jobs abound, and the city has good access to malls, hospitals, schools, and other basic necessities. The quality of life in Mandaluyong City is fairly good as the local government tries its best to give a good life to its constituents.

It is the Tiger City. We have different malls, schools and hospitals around. Traffic is heavy in the morning because our city is at the center and the most convenient place. Our neighborhood are very strict in implementing the barangay’s rules and law, but we are all friendly and approachable.

Our city is small but everything you need can be found here, including hospitals, universities, malls and grocery stores. We also have job offers from the municipal office for those who don’t have jobs.

Mandaluyong City is the center of Metro Manila, the biggest urban hub in the Philippines. First, it’s near to everywhere in the Metro and every essential industry like offices, schools, malls, hospitals, and more are accessible to its residents. Second, compared to other cities, Mandaluyong City has a relatively lower cost of living.
