Finding parking in Jamaica, Queens, is difficult. Unless you have your own personal parking space you can expect to spend some time driving around looking for one. I never count on finding a spot nearby when I get home. This does make the early morning trek to my car quite a nuisance. On the bright side, nothing is ever to far so travelling is never a concern.
Jamaica, Queens, is a wonderful place. Public transportation is excellent, and It’s easy to get around without needing to purchase a car. There is a lot you can experience living in Jamaica like plays, concerts, parks, and dining. However, the rent prices are very high and that means you might have to get a roommate.
Jamaica, Queens, houses the JFK international airport and is the hub of entry for many immigrants. It also has a diverse ethnic population and as many food. When in Jamaica you can enjoy the comforts of home no matter which one of the diverse areas you reside.
