One comment on “Gladstone”

Gladstone is a sweaty reclaimed mangrove swamp with more heavy industrial enterprises than you can remember to list. It would be the major target for any military in conflict with Australia. It’s not a nice place to live. It’s expensive because most people who live here are highly paid and prices are high accordingly. However quality of services and products are low in comparison to other cities. Most of Queensland (the state Gladstone is in) is too hot and humid. The (majority of) people are poorly educated and proudly ignorant and quite racist. If looking to live on the east coast of Australia I would recommend most places south of the Queensland state boarder.
