If you are moving to Fort Collins be prepared for a lot of college kids. Which means no one knows how to drive. And elders. Which means no one knows how to drive on either spectrum. It’s a beautiful little town with a good amount of people. Just beware of narcissists because for some reason there’s a ton. Cute little shops and a homey vibe downtown.

Fort Collins is a thriving and vibrant college town, with many breweries, a quirky and entertaining downtown area, and a wide variety of restaurants sure to satisfy any palate. Construction in the area is booming, and there is no shortage of places to live. However, rent is high, and the average price of a home in Fort Collins is no less than $350,000.

When moving to Fort Collins, I recommend checking into school zones to determine if you prefer public or private education. It would also be beneficial to look at crime rates in different areas of the city. Legalization of marijuana has brought many transients and an increase in crime to the city.
