Yenagoa is the capital of Bayelsa State, which is in the south of Nigeria known as the Niger Delta; an oil rich region. Yenagoa is a small city populated with mostly civil servants. The people of Yenagoa are known for their hospitable nature, especially to strangers. The City has two single lane road network divided by a cast structure, from beginning to the end of the city. The City is multicultural but the dominant culture is the Epie culture. Residents speak English language also. Businesses thrive easily, as the city longs for innovation and creativity. The people are nice and friendly, especially the native speakers.
