The nickname of our local football team reflects this past connection, as they are known as “The Hatters.” While Luton experimented a large influx of Irish immigrants in the seventies, more modern residents tend to come from Bangladesh and Pakistan, making this one of the most multicultural towns in the UK.
Luton is a large diverse town in Bedfordshire, in the south of England. The town is a property hotspot due to it being a key commuter for those who work in London.
