If someone moves to the city of Muscat, he or she should consider having a good-paying salary job. The cost of living in Muscat is high, considering the prices of basic commodities. Also, having a car is very needed in the city. The most important of all is an open-mind on religious beliefs.

Muscat is one of the cleanest and safest cities in the world. Nature lovers and outdoor explorers would have a great time on weekends. The nightlife and party scene can be a bit out of sync with the ethos of the place. Excellent infrastructure and good living standards are par for the course for average wage earners.
