Parks, Recreation, and Greenspace in Blanchardville, Wisconsin

Blanchardville is in the lower half of the driftless area, which is an area in the midwest where glaciers never went over the land. That means rolling hills, winding rivers, and clear lakes are almost everywhere. For someone who loves both kayaking and hiking, Blanchardville is pretty much heaven. The town is located at the intersection of the Pecatonica River and Gordon Creek, both of which are great for kayaking and fishing, and Yellowstone Lake state park is a short ten-minute drive out of town.
