Silay City is one of the many across the globe that still carries most of not only its historic buildings but also its old traditions and ways of life. The one thing I deem most important for someone moving here is that here, we value the past. In fact, I think they would do well to know my city’s greatest pride is the abundance of ancestral houses we have managed to preserve. As for the people, although I haven’t had that much experience with other places yet to tell, Silaynons are one of the most outgoing and helpful people in the world. it is not difficult to find a friend wherever you go. For a person looking for a quiet city with a great and ancient history waiting to be unfolded, Silay City would be perfect.
