Here's what two local experts had to say about prices and the cost of living in St. Thomas, Ontario.

St. Thomas is growing fairly rapidly as are its house prices. Most things you might need day to day are present, and for other needs London is in easy reach. In the newer parts of the town crime is low and people do not have a fear of crime. A generally friendly place to live.

HELPFUL REPORT

If someone were to consider moving to St. Thomas, they would want to know that we have ’25 % more life here’. A year or two ago, our real estate association declared that fact and backed it up with numbers. We have cheaper property taxes, gas and building lots when compared to our neighbouring city, London.
