Kozhikode, also known as Calicut, is the second-largest city in the state of Kerala. In the middle ages, it was a significant spice trade center in South India. Long sandy beaches and spicy foods are the major attractions in Calicut. The most popular beaches in Calicut are listed here: Kappad Beach, Kozhikode Beach, and Beypore Beach.

My city is quite a peaceful one. Though it is developing all together, it is one of the most pollution-less places. The locals are too welcoming and hospitable. Life here is easy and satisfying. Plus, it attracts lots of tourists due to its picturesque views. It’s an evergreen place with so many beautiful beaches you can go to if you have a hard day or to enjoy with your loved ones. Traffic is mostly light, so you can reach your destination on time. And if you are planning to travel to my place be ready to savour the best of the foods.

Calicut is a fabulous city. The people here are sweet and very caring. The city is the city of spices and it is the city of statues. The beach is the best attraction of the city. And the another most attractive place in Calicut City is the Mananchira Square; it is a best choice to spend the evenings.

You can never get tired of the city with its beautiful beaches, street food that run all night long, art performances every weekend, shopping units with all the new trends, and interesting accent of the locals, which may take some time to get used to. There is an auto driver in every corner, eager to take you to your destination. The city doesn’t discriminate, you belong to the city as much as the city belongs to you.

Kozhikode is famous for its cuisine. If you are a person who enjoys trying out different cuisines, should try out the different dishes available exclusively in my city. my city is covered with the cool breeze coming from the Arabian Sea. The beach would be the cure to any stressful day at work or even to calm yourself down, visiting the Calicut beach would be a good choice.
