Yukon, Oklahoma, is an interesting place, to say the least; it’s a city between urban and rural, while not quite suburban, and it’s full of your country stereotypes. We are considered midwest, packed full with fried foods, Confederate flags, and high school students blasting their music over a bluetooth speaker while walking to class. That being said, Yukon is also a beautiful city. We’re known for our annual Christmas lights shown in the Yukon Park, and most of the time, it’s full every night.
