what someone moving here should consider is traffic gridlock that occurs on the bridge connecting the mainland to the island. this is due to the number of corporate establishment on the island who offer jobs to residents of the mainland. The rush hour is between 7-8.
One advantage of moving to Yaba, Lagos is how easily it is to reach anywhere else in Lagos. the environment is well structured with manageable electricity, good water, good schools and overall security. Although, one should be vary of the expensive rent been charged by the landlords. Apart from the rent, Yaba is a lovely place.
It’s a nice place and work in. One of the perks of living in Lagos is that there is always an avenue to do business or find gainful employment. well, the only con I can think about is traffic at rush hour. But overall, Lagos is an enjoyable place.
Yaba is the most peaceful city in Lagos State. It is home to one of the biggest market you will find anywhere in Nigeria and the people are very warm, hardworking and honest.
