Woodstock is a quaint city with a small town feel. The downtown square offers residents and visitors a place to relax, dine, and shop. Commuting by train to Chicago or the Northwest suburbs is convenient with the city’s downtown train station. Woodstock’s many parks provide biking and walking trails, open areas for gatherings, and plenty of recreational activities for families.

Woodstock is a small town. Before moving there, you should be prepared to entertain yourself at home or make long drives; there are few things to do in town. The limited entertainment means that your neighbors will be necessary to ward off boredom. Be careful not to cross them, or you might miss out on the next cookout!
