Whitby is a friendly town with many new suburban neighbourhoods. It is a great place for your children to grow up. There are plenty of schools, parks, and open spaces to enjoy the greenery. Like its surrounding towns, Ajax and Oshawa, it is a commuter town where many of its inhabitants travel outside the area for work.

Whitby is a beautiful suburban town in Durham Region with beautiful greenery and conservation parks. Over the past few years, the town has been significantly expanding as more people have moved to the eastern areas. Whitby is a great community to live in because of its friendly neighborhoods and beautiful beaches.

Whitby has very outgoing and kind people. The city has a number of enjoyable sites. People can visit the waterfront, go on one of the many hiking trails, sit in a large and quiet library, and more. The city has something for everyone. Whether a person wants to be alone or surrounded by people. There are many events that take place, and a lot of the time, the events are free! Whitby has a lot to offer, but what really makes the city special are the people.
