One comment on “West Hempstead, Long Island”
West Hempstead, is a beautiful Hamlet. It has a community full of diverse people. It is a family oriented neighborhood, with an appreciation for shared cultural experiences. If you enjoy different cultures and sharing experiences with your community, this just may be the place for you. People from all kinds of religious faiths enjoy the community’s open and welcoming sense of togetherness. This sentiment is evidenced by our many children’s initiatives, such as girl scout crew and local hockey team. If moving to West Hempstead, and work in the city, I would think about investing in a car or LIRR monthly pass. Get ready for many early morning wakeups. However, the feeling of community extends to very socially robust train rides. For these, and a host of other reasons, West Hempstead is a beautiful community.
