Waynesburg is a small, rural, college town. During fall and spring semesters, the town is booming with young adults, but during summer break only the locals reside. You have to drive at least 30 minutes to a Starbucks, which is just way too long! All things considered, it is a quaint, quiet, and peaceful place.
