Always greet people when you enter a place whether that be a store, home, or working place. People here value respect and you may notice that everybody minds their own business, but if you are a foreigner, I can tell from my own personal experience that Lithuanians view foreigners suspicious or in other words, people generally hold a cold attitude.
Vilnius is a relatively small city. Hence, anyone interested in moving here should know although it is easy to get around, they will not experience a metropolitan lifestyle one would find in cities such as London or New York. although the old town is beautiful, it is also much pricier. It is a lovely place to explore, and there will always be something new to find.
Vilnius is really good city. People can find here whatever they want. But there are some districts, where is better not to go for example Central Station or Naujininkai it is very dangerous there, but in central Vilnius it is everything good, but people should be vigilant all the time.
