The very first thing I would like them to consider is the availability of resources that are required by them. The second thing I would like to advise them is to locate a friendly neighborhood. The very next thing next to this is the availability of water in their area.

The great Gingee kottai is in our city. Most beautiful villages are there. Living costs are very low. Many colleges also available in my city. The people are mostly doing farm jobs and agriculture works.

Villupuram is placed in the middle of the state. Make sure your home is in the middle of the city. Otherwise, you will struggle to get basic and necessary stuffs. My city has all the facilities and various places to visit around.

It is a beautiful place sans pollution. They can experience the beauty of the nature in its unaltered form. They need not know the native language here as most people are fluent in English. It is a fast developing district. One can give proper education to their kids. Many schools and college are available. Malls are just been built. There aren’t many place to go for entertainment apar from theatres.
