Someone who’s moving to Valencia must have his own means of transportation due to the preposterous state of the public transportation in the local areas, such as: El Parral, El Bosque and their surroundings. Also, within your personal budget, sunscreen should be added. We’re in a tropical country and if you’re Caucasian, sunburns are going to be in your daily life, especially in a city that’s near the coast.

If you come to Valencia, Venezuela, make sure to bring light clothes and a lot of sunscreens. The weather it’s often hot and dry, you probably will be sweating a lot if you come from a country where the temperature doesn’t surpass 27° C. One of the things that you will need to do first is buying a car since most of the places are situated far from another. But don’t get discouraged, it’s a really beautiful city.
