Tirunelveli is one of the best semi urban areas in Tamil Nadu. You should visit the famous Tirunelveli Iruttu Kadai Halwa lies exact opposite to Swamy Nellaiappar Kovil, Tirunelveli Town for their authentic Halwa, a famous sweet in South India. Try Tirunelveli Junction’s Shanthi Sweets Halwa. Moving to Tirunelveli, you can find houses for rent affordably in all localities. Best to stay at: Maharajanagar, Palayamkottai, NGO Colony, Perumalpuram, Murugankurichi. These areas see less water scarcity during dry seasons compared to other localities.
