Our town can be found along the national road. This road is aptly named Jose T. Fuentebella Highway. Tigaoeños, the local name of the town’s denizens, are religious as they believe in Santa Clara de Assisi, the town’s patron. The town is between a mountain and the sea, specifically the Isarog Mountain which is an active volcano and the Nato beach which can be found in the adjacent municipality of Sagñay. Tigaon serves as the entrance to the rest of municipalities in the Partido district.
