Is Ormoc City boring? Is it fun? How do people relax in their free time? From playing and watching live sports to listening to live music to volunteering, here's what six local experts had to say about things to do in Ormoc City, Leyte.

Moving towards ANY city, one must always consider one’s basic necessities. These may include basic utilities, education, health care facilities, housing costs, and the such. Living in my city also means a taste of the province life. With the city not as populated compared to highly urbanized capitals, you get to experience how it is to live simply. Given that the city is just little, one has easy access to entertainment, sporting events, to malls, parks, gyms,, etc.

HELPFUL REPORT

Ormoc City is a safe and peaceful place, where every citizen is friendly and disciplined. It is a small and quiet city, but you can find malls and pubs if you want to shop and party. If you are the adventurous type, the city also offers mountains if you want to hike and smell the breeze of fresh air.

Ormoc City is a beautiful and scenic city. There are lots of tourist spots you can visit. These include mountainscapes and seascapes such as lakes, falls, flowing rivers, visiting orchards, and hiking on mountains. The most famous is Lake Danao where you can enjoy lots of amenities like the floating cottage and area viewing.

Ormoc City is one of the safest cities known in the Eastern Visayas Region. It has improved its security and roadways for motorists to be safe while travelling at night. It has wonderful scenery that can offer a wide variety of experiences to a tourist. And people of the city are friendly.

Our city is the “City of Beautiful People”. Being known as a city with beautiful people gives tourists and locals an idea of having hospitable and kind people. There are so many beautiful and amazing places to visit that will make your journey as a tourist to be memorable and exciting.

Our city is most commonly recognized for its hospitality and good works. Our city is named as “The City of Beautiful People”. Because of the city’s beauty, many tourists were able to experience what nature really is. There are a lot of amazing and wonderful places to tour. There are also many foods to eat which are also in demand in our country.
