Before I moved here I heard a lot about Houston’s reputation as being the most diverse city in America, but I could only really appreciate what that meant after moving here. I could think of any cuisine or food fusion and know that I will probably be able to find it somewhere in Houston – whether it’s some spicy drunken noodles from a Thai restaurant or a Mexican-Korean fusion bowl from a food truck around the block. I strongly believe that Houston is a city where people from any background can feel at home.
