Know that Tavira is a beautiful city but overrun with tourists and expats. Heat in the summer can be unbearable and the cost of living has risen quite a bit in the past year.
A person who comes to Tavira has to know how to respect nature because Tavira is protected by the Ria Formosa agreement, Tavira also has beautiful beaches, mountains. Tavira also has a historic culture with a castle and vestiges of Romans, it also has many churches and a beautiful laugh. Tavira is a great city.
