Tanza is a good place to live by because it is somehow a combination of city and province. It is not crowded are there is lots of vegetation nearby. You can still feel breezy air but can sense city life as well. There are beaches nearby where you can buy seafood for a cheap price compared to the other cities.

We don’t have malls, instead we have supermarket where you can find essentials and food court. But it isn’t a big deal since malls are just a few kilometers away. Also, hotels and resorts can be found here and restaurants that offer great food. our place is also known for its fresh seafoods, vegetable and meat.

This is a good community in which you can raise children with safety. This consideration is one of the most important points to keep in mind. I find this place quiet and safe. It is also accessible to important commodities like market and school. Traffic here is even lighter.

There are malls in my city. You can find public markets in every district. Don’t be astounded when you see the road became narrow because of them. With regard to its people, they are mischievous, energetic, and attentive. You may also be surprised with the children playing in the street, but that’s common.

It is the home of Cavite Gateway Terminal, the first roll on, roll off barge terminal of the Philippines. Tanza is the second local Government Unit in the province which banned the use of plastic bags and polystyrene.

The city is near the shoreline of Manila Bay, and people from Manila are now moving here. This City will improve soon. establishments are now rising and will be developed. furthermore, Malls, and businesses will come. As of now, we are expecting to get more jobs to come. and housing needs.

Our city has a lot of one-stop shops that are very beneficial to everyone residing in our city. However, I am suggesting that they should have their car for a reason that stores are quite far from the subdivisions. Our city is also known for the great beaches that you should try and visit sometime. It is good for family gatherings, parties, and other occasions.

Transportation options in Tanza include include baby buses, jeepneys, and tricycles. Second, the weather is extremely hot. Third, you may visit the Saint Augustine Parish Church.
