Talisay City is a City that is located from Negros Occidental, the Sugar Capital of the Philippines. Talisay City are known for the sweet desserts and different kind of sugar. Talisay City is known as the City of Smiles, where people smile very often even though they are suffering from their problems.

Talisay City is not a highly industrialized city. However, the capital city, which is Bacolod, is one drive away. This means that necessities such as medical centers, hospitals, and banks are still accessible to the area. A car is not necessary for there are plenty of public utility vehicles available in the area. Talisay city is both peaceful and convenient for residency.
