When someone is moving to Talisay City, it’s a good choice. Knowing that the said city is the 3rd class component city in Cebu, primarily a residential and a trading center. With complete levels of school education to choose from, basic needs to buy at supermarket, and medical clinics and hospital for admission.

There are a lot of drug addicts in my city so it’s quite dangerous to live here. Though there are some good parts too especially the food that we are offering to the tourists. One of the famous food here is called Lechon it’s a roasted pork crispy on the outside and very flavorful in the inside.

Talisay City is somewhat a place where carnivals are famous of. We are very welcoming people when it comes to new neighbours. Our city is also eco-friendly in which we are implementing a clean as go policy and the use of bikes as a way of transportation.

It is accessible to the marketplace, churches, malls, pharmacies, bakeries, etc. It has a friendly neighborhood and very peaceful. The place has been awarded as one of the cleanest cities in the country. Yo will surely like it here considering the place is not that overcrowded compared to the other nearby cities.

Our city, Talisay City, is the only city in the south of Cebu. We have many establishments like in the main city. We also have a refreshing park with beautiful pavilions and benches on the side. You can also visit the sea just across the park. You can also try our known tasty Lechon.

Talisay City is a beautiful place in Cebu province. There are a lot of businesses and establishments here where everyone can apply for a job. Also, the place is not too crowded to live in and there are many subdivisions which you can choose where to buy house and lot for you and for your family. Talisay City is a small city but you can find different establishments that cater to your necessities. From restaurants to coffee shops to entertainment centers and supermarkets, you can find them all in my city. Not only do we have these establishments, we also have a very responsible mayor that looks over the entire city with love and care. People here are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can also find different healthcare facilities to take care of any health-related concerns like medical laboratories and a tertiary hospital. Talisay City is a wonderful place.

There are tons of thieves and the road is very small and it’s really traffic in this area and there are three villages where you can live if you want beside the sea. There’s two malls from here and there’s a swimming pool beside the villages and there are hardware too.

Our native foods and other beautiful places to watch every sunset. This can help the person to know about our city, and help us if it’s okay for him or her. If he wants to move along our city he might consider his other relatives or someone who might be missing him or her.

People in our city are so polite, kind and hospitable. Street foods are awesome and clean. City lights can make your stressful day go away. And there’s also a lot of places to go to in your leisure time, especially when you want to spend vacation with family. All of these are the reasons why I recommend people to live in our city for a long period of time if not for good.

Talisay City is a large city which offers a wide variety of industry and entertainment. Our proud city is especially known for its large contribution to the fishing industry because of the large seas that offer a huge selection of aquatic animals. Majority of people also come to our city because of the magnificent and gargantuan mall, the SM Seaside which is considered the largest and tallest mall in the Philippines. Thus, people should really consider moving here.

Talisay is a bustling city. Waking up early to go to work is the number one rule, since traffic builds up fast as early as six in the morning. Public utility jeepneys are the main modes of transportation in the busy city, so always prepare coins for the fare.

The city I am in is a good place. It is not too crowded and not too secluded. Malls, churches, and beaches are a few kilometers from any neighborhood. Public transport is very accessible if you want to go to other cities. People are also friendly and helpful so you don’t need to worry about getting lost while living here on your first months. your decision about moving here is a good move.

Talisay City, Cebu, is well-known for the food commonly known as Inasal (roasted pig). And yearly, we get to celebrate a festival about it. Aside from food, people can enjoy several beautiful places in our City. People here are very hospitable, and I would like to believe that we are very disciplined, for we have very great leaders leading us to become a one of a kind community.

Our City is known for its delicious “lechon”. Aside from that famous delicacy, there are also a lot of beautiful places to visit to. Our City is mostly known for its beach resorts, since we are at the outskirts of the province. The people are amiable and hospitable.

Talisay City, though somewhat a peaceful place, has many villages (barangays in Filipino) that are associated with drugs and prostitution. The best thing to do before moving would be to research as extensively as possible and to ask locals the locations that should be avoided. Still, this city is beautiful, and the air is cleaner than living in the main city of Cebu. It has more space and less people, and traffic is never a problem. The locals, true to their Filipino culture and characteristic, will always welcome new tenants with hospitality (and lots of food!).
