Stephens City provides a unique and frontier melancholy atmosphere. The city is very community based as many of residents work in conjunction to support each other. The city’s community like social system means there is many small festivals and gatherings among residents. To live in Stephens City one must be willing to accept developing relationships with a variety of people and to prepare themselves to live in a community where the business of most residents is known by the whole city.
