Tips for Moving and Visiting

Spring Lake is a quite boring city. It doesn’t have any fancy restaurants, museums, or movie theaters. What it does have is a quietness about itself in the suburban parts. I feel unsafe when I go to the Walmart here. There are a lot of homeless people. It is not very expensive to live here.
It is small in size compared to surrounding cities. It is more of a small town on the outskirts of larger metropolitan areas, such as Fayetteville and Raleigh. There are the basics which one would need to live in the area, such as grocery stores, hospitals, auto shops, etc.; however, larger shopping malls and restaurants lie outside of Spring Lake in larger cities.
Spring Lake, North Carolina, is located adjacent to the Fort Bragg military installation which is the major employer in the area. Raleigh is just an hour North and has a booming tech industry. Warm, sandy beaches lie two hours to the East, and the Appalachian mountains are found three hours West.
