Sotogrande is in the South of Spain where there is good weather virtually 12 months of the year. The temperature rarely goes below 9º centigrade and very often is above 20º. The food consists mostly of sea-food, salads and rice dishes which is usually accompanied with wine, red or white.

The people are friendly and the level of safety is high due to a very efficient police force who not only keep the law but also take care of the citizens of Sotogrande. Sotogrande is an ideal place, due to its mild weather, for a great variety of sports, with tennis, sailing, horse-riding, polo and golf being the most popular.

It is between two main airports which are Gibraltar and Malaga, so enabling easy communication with the rest of Europe.
