There are nine taluks and two revenue departments in my city. UNESCO has offered to setup a Chettinad Heritage Museum in my city recognizing the unique style of architecture in the region.

Sivagangai has historical places. I would like to invite my friends to explore the places in my city. My city was ruled by a woman queen who played a major role in the freedom fighting. My city has also have some excavation places where we get some proof about olden age people and their living style.

Siva Ganga is well known for Agriculture, metalwork, and weaving. Also, it is famous for the food available here especially in places like Karaikudi and Chettinad. Tourists would like to visit Siva Ganga for the famous Chettinad style houses. The way of building houses and their architectural standard is unique.
