When moving to the city of Shoreline, please be aware of the weather. Since Shoreline is nestled in the center of the great Northwest, it gets quite a bit of rain throughout the entire year. It is best you come prepared with a good rain jacket, and an umbrella.

Shoreline is a beautiful city that is best suited for younger couples raising families. The school district is rated among the highest in the state, and outdoor activities for young children are plentiful. However, it is advisable to own a car for the commute into work. Many people find a creative solution to their commute and ride their bike using one of the 100s of bike trails around the city.
