Great city if you love slow paced life and you will find warm people around… but the major con is parking and lack of transportation from one place to another.

Shimla is a hill station. Whoever is traveling to Shimla must carry warm clothes and an umbrella. Here travel by road or by train is the best option so that one can enjoy the scenic beauty. If you like snowfall, the best time to travel is from November-March and otherwise during May-July to enjoy the cold breeze. There are many iconic places to visit in Shimla as it has lots of historical value since it was the Summer Capital during the British Rule in India.

Shimla is a hill station so first, the person should consider the type of terrain he can get used to and the weather as it is cold almost throughout the year. The person should also consider the water situation as sometimes there can be a lot of issues. The cell coverage is weak in some areas due to the terrain and there are some problems with town planning so the person should consider buying a house in one of the new colonies.

Shimla, is the Queen of Himalayas. This city experiences a cold season year-round. Jackets are a must here. Shimla has adopted a healthy way of living i.e., walking. Wherever we go, we walk as much as we can, therefore sports shoes are also a must.

Shimla was the summer capital of the British government. Shimla is known as the Queen of Hills, a name given to it for its huge range of mountains covered with snow. Shimla is also known for its traditional style and for a beautiful dance form called “Natti.”

A person moving to my city should know my city is a beautiful place with scenic landscapes and a peaceful environment. Also, the pollution levels are extremely low in the city. However, the place is quite populous and is a bit expensive. Shimla is an amazing place altogether.

Bring some warm clothes if you’re coming here because it’s cold. If you are not physically fit, drop the idea of moving here for now because this city is located almost 2,500 meters above sea level and you’re surely going to feel some difficulties and if you’re not ready for that you may die because I’ve heard news of so many tourists dying here due to lack of oxygen.

Shimla is situated in north side of India and is known for being called queen of hills. It is capital of Himachal Pradesh. It has snowy mountain ranges and is good tourist spot known in India due to cold and beautiful weather. Shimla has tourist allurement places like the church, Advance study etc.

Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills. Once summer capital of British India, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Kalka-Shimla Railway, completed in 1903. It’s also known for the handicraft shops that line The Mall, a pedestrian avenue, and the Lakkar Bazaar.

Most importantly about the weather. Weather here is cold in most time of the year and is also accompanied by rain and snowfall. The roads here are more of the walking types rather than vehicle type. The tourist spots are of a real charm and beauty, accompanied by the greenery and freshness.
