One comment on “Shelford”
Great Shelford is a lovely village situated three miles from Cambridge. It has an approximate population of 4000 people, sharing a very tight-knit community. Yearly there is a week-long village fest, with many exciting local performers, delicious food and plenty of fun activities for families.
The village proudly has many pubs and restaurants, considering its size: there are two Chinese restaurants, one Indian, an Italian Deli and three pubs, with two of them also serving food. Aside from that, there is a community center, numerous food shops and a gardening center.
Shelford is a great place if you are after an English village charm with a close proximity to a bustling city.
