Sasmuan is known for its richness in culture and traditions. Its old parish church is a stand alone that gives away the beauty of the town. It also features different delicacies which are mostly homemade. it constitutes coastal areas that is home to 100s of fishermen where you can taste the richness of seafood such as shrimp, fishes and crabs cultured on fishponds.

Sasmuan is actually in a province, which is Pampanga. We are known for our fresh seafood and good skills in cooking. Our language here is called Kapampangan. Kapampangans have very sweet way of talking, polite and very kind to other people.
