Santa Rosa is an urbanized city. It is home to many industrial estates offering jobs and opportunities to those living here. there are shopping malls, recreation parks and schools which makes Santa Rosa an attractive place. This city is less than one hour drive from Manila.

The city is full of car wash shops, and mini grocery stores. Also, there is a clubhouse in here where you can organize events and other stuff. Marketplaces are also seen everywhere in this subdivision so you don’t have to worry about running out of food.

The current city that I’ve been living have full of factories and dorms, apartment that a worker can live with. It is very accessible and many fast food chains. You can buy clothes at a cheapest price. All transportation are available, many shuttle services so sometimes you get to be stock on traffic.

When someone were moving here, what did you see is it is quite simple but interesting, there’s are so many activities like mountain climbing, going to the lake for fishing, etc. Imagine your living in a semi province community lot of trees around the lake, mountains nice spot. Someone should consider the vast culture that my city has. Being a key city during the Spanish inquisition, my city is full of history and culture that you may not find anywhere in Laguna. The people are nice and the local government is effective and working properly. My city is one of the richest in the Philippines.

Someone must be need to know our City is not only a city that you can travel anytime you want but our City is the best it’s because there are so many companies that will hire many applicants and we have malls, beautiful places, park, enchanted kingdom is the best because it is the same in the Disney Land that’s why I love this city the people are kind and the government is very responsible.

Santa Rosa is dubbed as the Lion City of the South since it is the most progressive city in Laguna. It has a great deal of economy, with its big malls, busy establishments, and rapidly rising real estate rates. It is well-known for its successful development of Nuvali, the “green development”, as a joint project with Ayala. No wonder, heavy traffic is expected of the city, so you must leave early if you don’t want to be late for work.

Someone who have a plan to move to out city must know our cultures and traditions. Because knowing one’s culture and tradition means knowing the people on that specific place. one important thing to know about us Filipinos is that we are very hospitable and we have a huge love and respect for the elder.

The city is rich in fruits and vegetables as there are plantations all over. Farming for rice is also one of the things know about. It is the largest lanzones producing city in the Philippines. there is the rice wine produced in the city called Lambanog that is famous all over the country.

As someone living in a countryside like part of the country there’s not much to know or be prepared of since it’s a peaceful part of the country. If I were to specify, know how to respect the people living there and the nature he/she will move to.

Being near the county’s capital with a 40-minute travel, while also being nested in the province of Laguna, one can experience living the province and the city life all at once. Career-wise, there are also numerous opportunities because of the many production and manufacturing companies surrounding the city. Further, travel to and from the city is also a breeze with many exit and entry points and point-to-point commuter services. In retrospect, with all things considered with living in a certain place, home is still where you make it.

If someone were moving to my city, he/she must consider the lack of jobs, if that person would consider finding a career opportunity in Santa Rosa, however, he/she may find success with enough capital and land for an agricultural business. that person must also be prepared for a climate with a temperature that can range from about 30 degrees Celsius or more.

For any person contemplating of moving to Santa Rosa City, be prepared to wake up early in the morning. Our city is notorious for the heavy daily traffic along the major roadways. Your typical 30-minute trip can quickly turn into a two-hour slog. Be prepared and plan your trip in advance and allot additional travel time to avoid being late.

What should someone to know about our city is Sta. Rosa is one of the most taxpayers in the Philippines because there’s a lot of malls and factories here. Most people go to Enchanted Kingdom where you can enjoy extreme rides that everyone loves. Also, the Nuvali Park, people go here to have leisure time with their special someone, family and friends. Nuvali Park is known for its “Festival of Lights” from November to December.

If someone wishes to my city, know how to commute. There are varied modes of transportation in the area – tricycles, jeepneys, pedicabs, even buses. The mode of transportation to be used actually depends on where you want to go. If someone want to live here, know the best mode of transportation for him or her.
