Santa Maria is small city locate in Southern California. A place well-suited for someone who would prefer to avoid the hustle of city. Cost of living here is very much affordable, especially, when compared to the metro cities like Los Angeles. The city is well-known for it own native style of barbecue, so anyone moving to this city shouldn’t miss it. Also, there are a myriad of vineyards in the valley region which offer quite a few wine-tasting opportunities.

On most days there are a number of crimes that occur within the city, from cars being stolen to someone being stabbed or shot. We are within 50 miles, both North and South, of popular tourist destinations. The city is best known for the farmland and the production of fresh strawberries.

Santa Maria is a city with a small town feel on the Central Coast of California. Surrounded by farmland and less than 30 minutes from the water, it is a mostly residential family oriented town. While there is not much to do in town, the city is located 30 minutes from the Oceano dunes and Pismo Beach providing a close to home vacation get away with opportunities to camp and ride by the ocean.
