Santa Cruz is a notable beach town in the Bay Area. Many tourists visit during summer for its beautiful weather and scenery. The culture is laid back, and the people are even chiller. Housing, however, is problematic, and the homeless population in certain parts of the city. Defects aside, Santa Cruz is also home to the University of Santa Cruz California, a world-class center for research and learning. And don’t forget to visit the Beach Boardwalk, an amusement park along one of our many beaches.

Santa Cruz is filled with beautiful scenery and friendly faces. The beachside town is a fantastic place to raise a family, as it is small enough to invoke a feeling of intimacy, yet large enough to feel like a city. Despite these pros, the town does tend to remain quiet through most of the year which may come off as boring to some. In summer, tourists flood the area making traffic unbearable.
