City lights and green ambiance will be your safe heaven here! Also having those two great things, you will also experience disadvantages such as traffic and lost of internet connection due to few users of internet in some areas here. But don’t you worry progress is near! You will not regret living here.

Before you can completely move her in the beautiful and breezy city of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, let me proudly introduce you our current city leader, Mayor Arthur Robes, who managed to make this city cleaner, greener and more popular. After knowing the leaders in the city, you might already knew that this is the only city in the whole province of Bulacan that is not experiencing extreme flooding whenever it is raining hard. This is what I am really proud of and you will surely feel safe and worry no more for the flood to enter your house while you are sleeping in the middle of the cozy night.

Our mayor is the one who will maintain the rules and regulation in our city and keep the city improvement. He is the one who can change everything in our city now our city is one of the rising city in the philippines. We could see that our mayor do his best to make our city wonderful.

Our town is known to be a peaceful town where in new people would be attracted to. Amazingly, our town is considered to be one of the peaceful towns. Despite of being the largest town in Bulacan which a cultural province near the capital of the Philippines known as Manila. Around 2000-3000 families transfer here and they also shared that they don’t regret living here at San Jose Del Monte. Security and low cost of living here is a definitely reachable in this town. One of the highlights would be the topography of the city it is flood free place. Surely, a great choice.

The city that I live in has a great rural beauty under an urban sky. Despite being developed, there are small areas within it prosper in farming and sweet walks along the field are still a simple event worth enjoying. But many places are slowly developing well, industrially speaking. Many citizen are having wider opportunities to better jobs with a fair wage for a living.

Anyone moving here should consider the limited jobs around the area. Most people in our city work in different cities that are one- or two-hours from home. There are quite a few small businesses, but the big opportunities lie within the Quezon City, Manila, and/or Pasig City.

San Jose del Monte City is known as the balcony of the metro. Despite being a province, it has many infrastructure that is a result of the city’s modernization. despite having a commercialized visuals of the city, you can still enjoy a vast green scenery. Living in my city has many advantages and that includes accessibility to the mall, markets, and more.

Bulacan came from the word ‘bulak’ which means cotton. When the Philippines was colonized by the Spaniards, they saw how there was so much cotton in the place so they decided to name it Bulacan (from the word bulak and the suffix -an which means ‘a place where’). San Jose del Monte is the so-called rising city in Bulacan. This is probably because years ago, the city looked like a countryside but as time passed, it now looks just another city in the Philippines–has many establishment, business, unending traffic jam, and cramped crowd.

Our City is best known for its fried pork fat that I really a must-have whenever visiting here. Also, there are places where you can go hiking because it is well known for its beautiful mountains. The people are nice and hospitable where one will experience being home and safe.

Currently, San Jose del Monte is one of the fastest rising cities in the country. Over the last five years, this city has built a number of establishments that help residents meet their needs without having to go out the province such as malls, educational institutions and business enterprises. These establishments have brought a big impact to the city’s labor and economic growth and are continuing to bring about improvement for the betterment of the city as a whole.

The City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, is a city filled with dreams and unique capabilities. To start of, the city is currently at its modernization stage, which can help you consider the cost efficiency, low-cost housing subdivisions are offered and so does high-cost subdivisions, to give you enough options to consider how much will you willingly spend on a house, depending on how modern do you want you placement to be.

Someone who wants to move to our city must know that there is a market nearby. A nearby hospital. And parks that they can go. There are also nearby churches in our city they will not have any difficulties living in there and the people are very friendly and very helpful.

San Jose Del Monte is the first city in the province of Bulacan. It is also the largest local government unit in Bulacan. Therefore, it is the most populated place in the province. The people are called San Joseños. It marks its cityhood every 10th day of September.

San Jose del Monte City is now advancing. We already have malls here- SM San Jose in Tungko and Starmall San Jose in Palmera. These malls are not that congested unlike most of the malls in Quezon City. Traffic around the city is smooth. But if you are going to Quezon City (which is just about an hour away from my place), expect a heavy flow of traffic most of the time.

Our city is a great place. People are very considerate and they are well-mannered. Establishments also everywhere and quick mode of transportation. Many people tend to move to our city because of the vibe and ambiance it gives. Schools, churches, malls and other landmarks are all everywhere. I am proud living in a city like ours because of these changes. We are indeed the Rising City.

The transportation is 24/7 which is good for those have a graveyard job. The place is not yet polluted unlike to the Metro. My city is well developed. There are malls, and public markets are clean. The product are also affordable. Hospitals or health facilities are accessible. The government manage well our community.

There is a lot that you should consider in moving to or city. Firstly, the citizens take good care of our environment. The implement such projects and programs to make our community have a good ambiance and clean. Second, when problems occur, the officials will make an action for it. They will think of solutions to solve these problems so that the city will be peaceful. you should consider how the citizens welcome other people warmly. They are very friendly and will make sure that you will never regret living in our city.

this City is still developing. By that, I mean that we are still earning the word city. Businesses are still in process of growing. This city is now called the ‘Rising City’. Lots of entrepreneurs are investing here and helping the citizens to have more opportunities.

They know that our city is one of a kind and considered to be a safe place. Clean and a friendly community awaits for them. It has been considered the first province to become a City in our state. That’s why it’s called, “The Rising City.” It is also famous for its Tanglawan Festival that has been known worldwide.

We called ourselves Bulaceños and we lived in a mountainous area. One must be careful on dangerous zigzag road. Our city has a well-oxygenated environment since we are surrounded by so many plants and trees. We are also well-governed by rulers with outstanding knowledge and capabilities to make our city competitive and successful.

San Jose del Monte City has high terrain. Thus, whenever heavy rain comes, the place rarely gets flooded. It was once a small town with few people. But since my city is one of the nearby places to the capital, people started looking for homes here. Eventually, the economy rises and the population. Now, we have or own hospitals, malls and other establishments you can only see in a large city.

San jose del Monte is in the province of Bulacan. If moving to our place this place is a nice place. It’s peaceful and you will meet friendly people. We have beautiful places that you might want.

There are many opportunities in San Jose Del Monte City. Considered it’s the “Rising City”, it transitions from a provincial area to an urban one. You can expect job openings as you move. And also, it has high altitude so you can expect less effects of calamities when compared to its surrounding cities.

If you’re moving here, then know this community is a diverse one. This means most people here came from all points of the Philippines. Like any other progressive city in the world, traffic here can be atrocious, especially during peak hours of the day and whenever there’s a holiday like Christmas coming up.

this city is not part if the capital, thus some services might not easily available such as Grab and Uber. However, there are malls around to do their shopping but not quite as large as the ones in the capital. Also, transportation is quite easy if they ever need to go to the capital.

San Jose del Monte is one of the modernized city in Bulacan. It is currently in a fast-paced development where different establishments are rising which helps the local government of the province. It also has a record in the World Guinness for the Lantern Festival which was attended by a lot of residents of the city.
