My city calls itself the Spanish Village by the Sea and is full of charm. The weather is lovely year round, a bit balmy in May and June. If you live on the oceanside of the Pacific Coast Highway you will not need air conditioning. Our schools and teachers are outstanding and our surfing spots are world famous. A nice place to check out if you enjoy casual California living and water sports.

San Clemente is known as one of the greatest places to surf in all of California. Driving along the Pacific Coast Highway and feeling the ocean breeze makes one feel complete serenity. San Clemente is an escape from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, where one can put their toes in the sand and enjoy the beauty that embodies the California dream.

If someone was to consider moving to San Clemente, they should know this is a beach town. This is also a fairly wealthy community, although not all residents have a lot of money. San Clemente, due to these aspects, the city tends to have a lower crime rate and overall a safe city.
