My city has an IIT and is very safe as it is under a cantonment area. It has a canal going from middle of the city which makes it very beautiful. It has two great markets that provides everything one can need.

My city is mainly known for Roorkee IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), which is number two in India. Here the education is best among anywhere in the country. Someone might also know it for being a place of ruling of British government. Mainly it is the main place for them to proceed their business in mountain region.

Roorkee is a small town in Uttarakhand state. It is famous for IIT. Yearly thousands of students come here to get admission and fulfill their dreams. It is also famous for its water canals. Although there are not many places to visit here, but I still love this place.

Roorkee is a city in Uttarakhand. It lies very close to the states border with Uttar Pradesh. It is well-known for IIT Roorkee, which is the oldest engineering college in India. It has a canal, called the Ganga Canal which is a favorite hangout spot for people of all ages. However, the city is not well-developed. There are no malls here.

The one considering to visit my city should know the area where my city Roorkee is located is a hilly area. He/She should be comfortable to travel in hilly areas as for some people hilly areas are very dangerous to travel, they has a fear of hilly areas or may be problem with health issues during the travel.
