Richards Bay is an industrial city where there’s a lot of buzz. There are several malls including The Boulevard, Inkwazi Boardwalk and The Bay Plaza. Lastly, the exquisite beach is the pride of the city located just outside of its CBD. I would say it has several lounge areas where one can enjoy themselves with friends and family outlooking the ocean.

Richards Bay has one of the largest harbors for commercial ships and can also accommodate passenger cruise liners. Versatile ocean lives with lots of fishermen and charters. We have tropical weather all through the year. The harbor was once the largest coal exporting facility but this has changed over the years.
