People should know this city can be dangerous, it has lots of drugs and violence. There are good parts of the city and bad parts as usual. If drugs and violence would go away this city would be so much better. The best place to go visit in this city is the Pagoda. It’s a very beautiful place and you get to see the view of the whole city at the top.

Reading is a city that has seen better times. It was once a thriving industrial city that is now considered to be one of the poorest in the country. However, there are many positive things in the areas around Reading. Large Amish and Mennonite communities provide fresh fruits and vegetables almost all year. There are many recreational opportunities as well. Mount Penn and Neversink mountain are preserved areas and provide hiking and mountain biking opportunities to local residents.
