It’s very safe, near the airport, close to shopping areas, banks, restaurants, etc. Also close to all IT industry. You must have a vehicle because very few people ride buses here. Unless you live downtown, the business district, you drive everywhere but distances are not too long. I am only 3 miles from all my shopping, banking, eating, etc. needs.

It’s a city with a small-town feel. You’ll need a car to fully explore the Triangle region, and housing is expensive. The people are nice and it’s pretty easy to make friends since the academic and technology focused economy means a lot of people move in from other areas. It’s less insular than other Southern cities.

A person who may be interested in Raleigh, North Carolina, should know about the general climate. The weather is relatively bearable in the winter, however, the summers are miserable. It is too hot for most to enjoy. If you are considering moving to Raleigh, you must either thrive in the heat or be happy indoors during the summer.

Before moving to Raleigh, know the weather can change rapidly from one day to the next. The city has expanded rapidly in the last few years, making it a more desirable city for young adults. There are many kinds of restaurants in Raleigh. You will be able to find many options.

Raleigh is a vast and beautiful city. Raleigh is a very diverse area; you have people from all over the united states living here. Most businesses in Raleigh are self-owned companies from Raleigh residences. North Carolina had the best colleges you have N. C. State, UNC chapel hill, East Carolina. We also have the best sweet tea from Bojangles, and you have to try cookout. Cookout is a well-known thing in NC. After every event, it is tradition to go to cookout afterward.

Someone moving to Raleigh should know the city is developing really fast. It is a great place to work, raise families and make new friends. The city is trying to keep up with the growing need for housing by building house and apartment complexes all throughout Raleigh.

Raleigh, known as the City of Oaks, is the capital of North Carolina and the second largest city in the state. The population is diverse and has grown by leaps and bounds in the last 10 years.
