Pulilan is a small town in Bulacan, Philippines. The neighborhoods here are peaceful yet lively. Every month of May, we hold the famous Pulilan Carabao Festival, wherein you could watch live performances and see carabaos adorned with many decorations.

My city is a part of the rural area in our province. Vehicular traffic is less dense and the business opportunities are countless. We are also a thriving community that’s ready to explore the online world through educational camps. We try to be at par with the best cities – minus the fuss.

Pulilan, Bulacan, is known for its festival called, “The Kneeling Carabao Festival.” It is the feast of our patron saint, San Isidro Labrador. Also, Pulilan is known for its local delicacies like fried duck, “pastillas” or milk candy, and “halo-halo.” Pulilan also celebrates the Mandala Art Festival where local artists from nearby provinces gather together to promote the local arts and culture of the province of Bulacan.

Pulilan is a clean, safe, and simple city. You can enjoy fresh air throughout the city. There are rice fields everywhere. You can experience a simple life here. We also have festivals like Kneeling Carabao Festival. It is celebrated every 14th of May. This festival is to cherish a good harvest in the city.
