Princeton is a gem in central New Jersey. Anchored by the world-famous university, this tiny town punches far above its weight class. You can have a phenomenal meal at any number of high-end places, indulge yourself at Olives (middle-tier, price-wise) or Hoagie Haven (lower-tier, price-wise), spend hours at the stunning public library, or tour the campus. There’s a surprising amount to do in such a small place.
