Some things someone moving here should know, are that one, it is a small town. The second thing they should know, is that there are not many things to do here. The crime rate is low, so this is a bonus of living in this town.

Moving to Prescott Valley is not for someone who enjoys life in a large city, it is a small rural community that does not afford many luxuries or much in the way of “lifestyle”. The weather is beautiful year-round, and for someone who can acclimate to the sun or enjoys road trips it is really quite a pleasant town. The weather does not disappoint, especially in winters which are a treasure due to the extensive hiking trails within minutes of town.

Before moving to Prescott Valley, one should know it can get quite windy in summers. On a positive note, we do have some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets here, especially during monsoon season, which starts in July. It is the best time of the year!
