Although Ponorogo is a small city, it has a world-renowned traditional dance called Reog. This city has received several awards for its cleanliness and greenery. Ponorogo has a unique spot where teenagers like to spend their weekend called Dalan Anyar. Every Sunday morning Dalan Anyar is used to celebrate no cars day.
